Internal alterations and a two storey side extension to an existing semi-detatched villa within the Newlands Conservation Area. The extension forms an open plan kitchen, dining and living space on the ground floor level with a double aspect. A new open stair was inserted between the existing house and the new extension leading down to a new garden room with bi-fold doors opening up the space onto the south facing rear garden.
